Art is anything you can get away with…
OMG! A woman saw a drawing I was just doodling on while bored at work today and was so impressed that she is going to pay me to draw a portrait for her!!! She told me I shouldn’t be working at a department store selling sunglasses when I could be selling art and such for thousands of dollars. Then she got on the phone right in front of me and called someone that wants some work done on a wall in her house and gave her my information!!
AND she is business savvy (something I am not) and when I told her I thought about starting up a side business in the past but never knew how, she took all my information for herself and told me she would help me get clients and start something up!! WHAT is happening right now!!!
Hmmm… I used to be in school for this mess but thought it was to simple. I figured no one would pay me for something like this so easily and advertising corporation type jobs are so hard to come by. Why do I always gotta make life so damn complicated. I should have finished cause now I got to figure out how to make a portfolio. haha
That sound you can’t hear through a computer… Yeah that’s my mind BLOWING!! Don’t get me wrong. I am excited but I’m not stupid. I’m not quitting my job tomorrow. But if someone wants to give me money for something that has always come natural to me, like breathing, then by all means Hell YEAH! :DDD
